PMO Director/Senior Manager
We're looking for an individual to lead the set up of a Program Management Office within a mature organization. The established PMO will require close integration with other teams, organizations, and processes within the company.
The principal objective is to implement a framework, and a set of repeatable processes that support the initiation and execution of projects and programs.
- Outstanding ability to develop and manage integrated, cross-organizational project plans and teams.
- Results-driven experience in rolling out best practices project management and methodology.
- Experience with managing and implementing processes which enable the full IT development life cycle.
- Success in implementing organizational metrics to identify and measure the success of a project.
- Portfolio management responsibility, including business prioritization and assessment of new initiatives.
