As set out by the British Parliament to create a new Business within British Nuclear Fuels Limited, to be known as the British Nuclear Group, that could a) become privatised from government, and b) have the ability to independently bid for contracts focused on all aspects of service in the nuclear world ranging from the management of nuclear plants to the clean up of contaminated nuclear sites.

our critical deliverable
To support the BNG CEO and his team in the establishment of a robust governance process from which to build, measure and establish this new company.
This required the capability to a) communicate and operate at several levels in the company from CEO to specialist plant management, and b) work to the tight deadlines as set out by both BNFL and the British Government.
